Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within 7 business days.

Delivery Time

Orders can take up to 5–7 business days to deliver once in transit.

Shipping Rates

US standard shipping is $8 USD for orders under $50 USD. US standard shipping is free for orders of $50 USD or more.

International shipping via Ascendia is $15 USD. DHL Express is also available, with rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For all orders shipping outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

We’re unable to mark packages as “gift” or “no commercial value,” and we cannot estimate these fees in advance. They vary by country and are determined by your local government. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If the package is not picked up and returned to sender, the purchaser agrees to forfeit the cost and will not receive a refund for their purchase.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.
