How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled within 7 business days. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to deliver once in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere around the world.
For all orders shipping outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. If the package is not picked up and returned to sender, the purchaser agrees to forfeit the cost and will not receive a refund for their purchase.
We’re unable to mark packages as “gift” or “no commercial value,” and unfortunately, we cannot estimate these fees in advance, they vary by country and are determined by your local government. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Because our journals can't be resold once they've been written in, we're unable to accept returns on anything that shows signs of use.
Buyer is responsible for return costs and fees. We recommend sending your return with tracking. Once return is received, we will provide refund, minus the original shipping fees.
Can I exchange for a different color?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry. Please email us a photo of the damage along with your order number, and we'll resolve the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Librette in A5 slim fits comfortably inside Louise Carmen Roadbook (Medium) and Paper Republic A5.

Librette is currently available in our rich, cream paper.
What kind of paper does it use?
Smooth paper with just the right about of tooth. 80gsm, fountain-pen friendly paper.
What is the brass clip for?
A journal clip designed to hold your notebook closed, or keep it open flat while you write — modeled after our most coveted July Rose Jewelry design, now in brass.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once an order is placaed.
